Responsibilities:
The Cable Technician will:
- Create and maintain documentation on supported technologies
- Effectively pass down knowledge of these technologies to junior staff
- Automate tasks with scripts, when necessary
- Act as the initial escalation point for junior technicians
- Assist with small and large projects, as needed
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 6 months of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer and tech svvy
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Vendor and Fiber experience
- Cable experience (in-home cabling)
